Only two ingredients: cocoa beans and corn cream. The light bitterness of chocolate is smoothed by a creamy texture. A bit like a cappuccino without sugar.

Own production of melangeur's chocolate. We select premium cocoa beans, natural cocoa butter of the first direct extraction and add cane sugar.

Why cane sugar?

Because cane sugar has a lower glycemic index, it is not as aggressive on the body than white refined.

Shelf life: 12 months from manufactory date (store at t°18±5°C)
